A: We send all funds via EFT – You will receive a direct deposit to your account with an email letting you know the funds were deposited. You will also receive a statement on the 10th of each month.

A: Ontario does not allow security deposits to be collect unless offered by a tenant. Ontario allows for first and last months rent to be collected.
