A: Yes – You will be involved in the decision before lease signing. You will get a copy of the lease, Home 2 Home is authorized to sign the lease on your behalf.
A: Yes – Yearly rental increase are delivered in accordance to Ontario yearly % allowed.
A: No – Property Management only, so no conflict of interest. we are not affiliated with any real estate company but can let you know which realtors are getting good results
A: We send all funds via EFT – You will receive a direct deposit to your account with an email letting you know the funds were deposited. You will also receive a statement on the 10th of each month.
A: Tenants pay online to their personal rent account.
A: 12 month minimum or per landlord instructions
A: Ontario does not allow security deposits to be collect unless offered by a tenant. Ontario allows for first and last months rent to be collected.
A: Right away! A property management agreement must be signed for Police and Fire reasons. This also gives us permission to enter and manage the property.
