this property is a short term rental. 242 Brock has 5 rooms comes beds, bedding, towels, desks and fridge freezer. Wifi and utilities are included. There are two full bathrooms and a half bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with two stove tops, microwaves, kettles, plates, pots and pans and utensils. Washer and dryer on-site which is coin operated. there are both male and female at this property and guest do change from time to time. All guests are fully vetted for suitability and tenants safety. Doors and room locks are key pad entry subscribed to for each tenant. rooms are single occupancy, no guests/visitors after 9pm.
